What is FormReady?

FormReady is an independent online toolkit designed to make common image-preparation tasks easier. It brings photo and signature tools together so people can resize, crop, compress, convert, and prepare images without needing specialist editing software.

Tools available

Passport Photo: prepare a photo using selected dimensions and settings.
Image Resizer: change an image's pixel dimensions.
Image Compressor: reduce an image's file size where possible.
Signature Resizer: crop and prepare a signature, including colour-style options.
Background Remover: attempt to separate a subject from its background.
Image Cropper: crop and position an image.
JPG / PNG / WebP Converter: convert between supported image formats.
Custom Settings: choose dimensions, format, and file-size targets.

Who can use it?

FormReady may be useful when preparing images for recruitment, entrance examinations, education, passports, visas, and other online applications. Requirements vary by organisation and may change over time.

FormReady is not a government service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any government department, examination authority, employer, passport authority, or other application provider unless a specific written notice says otherwise. Presets and guidance are general assistance, not official instructions. A processed image is not a guarantee that an application will accept it.

Our approach to image processing
